INBOUND-ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLES

£10.00 PER HOUR

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking candidates to work as Customer Service Advisors with our client in Bangor, Co. Down.

The successful candidates will answering inbound calls, use a FAQ document to answer queries, providing excellent customer service, and deliver a professional service to members of the public who call.

Training will be given in a classroom-based environment and the Customer Service Advisors will work on this particular campaign for at least two weeks. Once this campaign comes to an end, our client will move the successful candidates to other campaigns.

The Customer Service Advisors will work in our client's call centre in Bangor for the duration of this particular campaign but, once they move to another campaign, everyone can work from home and will be given the equipment to do so.

The rate of pay is £10.00 per hour, the amount of hours per week is 37.5, each Customer Service Advisor will work 5 days per week, and the shifts are 0700-1530 and 1430-2300.
