Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting inbound customer advisors for our contact centre client located in Belfast city centre This is a permanent role starting on the 14th of October 2019
The position is customer service related and applicants must have the ability to identify and solve problems, and also answer queries regarding products.
Based in our client's city centre call centre you'll take calls from their loyal customers about billing, upgrades and help them through any technical difficulties. As part of their friendly and fun teams you will focus on having great conversations and providing the best experience for our customers.
Communication is key, applicants for this job will be warm, friendly and eager to help customers! You'll love a challenge but most of all you will enjoy chatting to lots of different people.
You will receive 7 weeks of training to perfect your conversations, craft your technique and become an expert in your role. No time off during the training period !!
You will also enjoy 28 days annual leave, £17,076.80 per year paid fortnightly, health care package and ongoing incentives throughout the year.
Applicants must have previous customer service experience , applicants must also be fully PC literate and experienced using online systems or quick at picking up how to use new systems.
Excellent planning and organisational skills will come naturally to you.
Your ability to communicate to a high standard, both written and verbally are essential.
Details - 40 hours per week, Mon-Sun 8am-11pm, £8.21 an hour, £17,076.80 per year based on 40 hours per week.
