Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting inbound customer adviser's for our contact centre client for their Now TV client.
This is a permanent role starting on the 10th February 2020
What you`ll do
You will identify and solve problems, answer queries regarding products. Based in our brand-new Belfast city centre call centre you`ll take calls from our loyal customers about billing, upgrades and help them through any technical difficulties. As part of our friendly and fun teams you will focus on having great conversations and providing the best experience for our customers.
How you will do it
Communication is key! You will be warm, friendly and eager to help our customers! You`ll love a challenge but most of all you will enjoy chatting to lots of different people.
You will receive 7 weeks of training to perfect your conversations, craft your technique and become an expert in your role.

The skills you will need
You`ll be fully PC literate and experienced using online systems or quick at picking up how to use new systems.
You`ll bring with you your excellent experience in customer service and administration
Excellent planning and organisational skills will come naturally to you.
Your ability to communicate to a high standard, both written and verbally are essential.
Details - 40 hours per week, Mon-Sun 7am-11pm, £8.21 an hour, £17,076.80 per year based on 40 hours per week.
