Job Description

An exciting global digital services organisation, currently experiencing high growth in the areas of business technology are seeking contact centre candidates to join their vibrant facility in Blackpool. Easily accessed via public transport or car the environment is dynamic, friendly and supportive"

***Please note these roles will start in October 2019 on a temporary basis***

Based in Marton, Blackpool
Full time & Part time Available.

Salary - £8.45p/h increasing to £9 p/h after 12 weeks

Shift Pattern:
Full time and Part time shift options available. Rotational shift patterns, 5 days over 7 with 1 day being a Saturday or a Sunday. Part time candidates must be able to commit to 4 week full time training when starting.

Job Responsibilities:

" Manage inbound customer queries relating their accounts and products.
" Complete telephony, digital and admin based tasks to service customer queries.
" Take ownership of customer problems, solving them as the first point of contact and escalate when required.
" Demonstrate consistently the Atos values and behaviours.
" Take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives, and take responsibility for self-development.
" Open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges.
" Able to work within a fast paced and stimulating environment.

Key Skills:

" Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in order to communicate well via email and phone.
" Computer literate.
" Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.
" Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team.
" Extremely punctual and organised.
