Job Description
I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives, based in the Marton, Blackpool area.
This is a long term temporary vacancy with the potential to become permanent. We have various flexible shift patterns available, from part time to full time. Full training is provided, which is a full time 4 weeks training course.
You will be required to work on day at the weekend, this will stay the same day throughout your duration in the assignment - And you can choose which day (Saturday or Sunday) depending which shift pattern you choose.
We are now offering a £250 cash payment for all successful candidates, who stay within their assignment for 3 months, a criteria will need to be met depending on sickness and performance - Great bonus to work towards!!
A successful Customer Service Representative will be:
Someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude
Open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges
Able to work within a fast paced and stimulating environment
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Good time management, organisation, prioritisation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft tools- excel- word -outlook
