Inbound Customer Services - £8.00p/h - Telford

Duties to include:

- Receiving inbound calls from existing clients, within a contact centre environment
- Processing client orders over the phone
- Handling customer queries regarding price and delivery information

To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience within a Customer Service environment, good data entry speeds and accuracy levels and have a confident professional telephone manner.

Our client is offering permanent potential for the right candidate. Working Monday to Friday 9:15am to 5:45pm with 1 hour lunch. Free onsite parking and access to an onsite canteen.
