Job Description

I am currently looking for an Inbound New Business Advisor to join a growing team of 8-10 advisors!

The Location: Leicester City Centre close to the train station.

Salary: £18,500

Hours: Working shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm No weekends!

The most important thing for the successful candidate to have is sales experience and experience in a call centre will be advantageous. This is predominately a sales role. Where you will be taking inbound sales calls from clients. A key part of this role is converting a query call into a sales call so you must have a good telephone manner. Upselling the products is one of your responsibilities, this is a vital part in the company as you will be the one bringing in the business for a National company!
In order to help you, you will have the full support of your team leader and other colleagues around you to achieve the sales target and develop your skills in the company.

Some Key roles and responsibilities

o To set and complete appropriate tasks and maintain comprehensive notes relating to customer leads / accounts.
o To maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Salesforce)
o To use objection handling techniques to proactively resolve any customer queries or objections.
o Effectively obtain evidence of music usage within the business to ensure customers are adequately licenced and we are maximising revenue.
o To deliver a positive customer experience and proactively contribute to the department's service standards and customer satisfaction results, ensuring call quality targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
o To educate and advise customers, positively reinforcing benefits of music to their business, while ensuring that they understand and are adhering to the contractual licensing terms and conditions.
