Brook Street (UK) Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our Belfast-based client to secure candidates for full-time, permanent Inbound Customer Support Advisor vacancies.
Applicants for this role should have a passion for providing excellent customer service, you`ll enjoy working in a team environment, and you will enjoy answering customers` queries via inbound calls and dealing with the retention of customers.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months` experience providing service to clients or customers and have experience with inbound sales.
Candidates must be able to work 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 20:00, between Monday and Saturday
The salary for this role is £17,086 per annum. There are other incentives and bonuses to be had.
