This is a great opportunity to work for an iconic brand which was established in 1977. They design and manufacture products and due to their continued growth, they`re looking to expand their customer service team.
Customer service is a vital part of the business, ensuring the companies customers receive an exceptional customer journey at all times. The team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to the customers and they are looking for 2 additional staff to join this department.
You will be responsible for providing technical support, correctly identifying products, answering a high number of calls, upselling products and completing all associated administration.
You will have experience in customer services, speaking with customers over the phone/via email, ideally handling technical enquiries and upselling (although this is not essential).
Your hours will be on a shift rota either 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm (Monday-Friday), with 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, plus free parking and additional benefits.
Salary: £20,000 per annum + bonus OTE £32,000-£35,000 per annum
