Are you looking for an excellent opportunity to work as an Inbound Sales Advisor for an exciting organisation based in Lutterworth? Brook Street are currently recruiting for Inbound Sales Advisor`s to join a lively, yet professional team based in Lutterworth.

Salary is from £21,000 to £23,000 per annum (D.O.E) with O.T.E of £5000 per annum, awarded quarterly.

The office hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm; however, the hours of work are flexible.

This opportunity is ideal for an outgoing individual, with previous call centre or sales experience to join an ever-growing company on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Handling a large amount of inbound calls to assist with customer queries
-Log all activity on the company system
-Meet and exceed any performance targets set by your Manager

As well as the above, you`ll have excellent communication skills, utilising these to identify potential up-selling opportunities whilst understanding the needs of the customer.
