Rook Street is currently working on behalf of our call centre client in Belfast to recruit a number of inbound sales agents to work in their busy call centre

You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls from business clients. The role will require you to liased with these clients and sell products and services.

All that is required is a solid work history with experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills is essential for the job and you must be tenacious to achieve targets.

You must meet the following criteria

* Applicants can come from a call centre, customer service or retail environment
* A clear and confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner
* Works as part of team to achieve objectives and works together to be effective
* Has ability to pick up on buying signals and/or overcome objections
* Has the ability to achieve their targets consistently on a daily basis
* Target driven & commission driven

The salary for the role will be national min wage, the job is based on 40hrs per week, Shifts are rotational between 08.00am and 9pm on a Monday to Sunday basis.

The role is very simple - customers will be calling in because they are at the end of their contract and you will be required to encourage them to stay by offering benefits - no cold calling involved - easy peasy
