Inbound/Outbound - Sales Advisor
Temporary Home Working - Permanent, Full time £23,960 OTE
Monday to Friday Rotational shift pattern 9.30am- 7.30pm and Occasional Saturday

There will be a plan to integrate back to our offices when it is safe to do so.

You will be provided with equipment, PC, mouse, Keybard and headset. You will need Internet connection.
Please only apply if you live within the North East, and are able to commute to Doxford Park, Sunderland when the office re-opens.

Role
Inbound and Outbound calls on behalf of our energy client

Use your experience and sales skills to contact both new and existing customers

Your role would be to contact new customers following warm leads who have recently interacted with the EDF Energy quotation website. You will also contact existing single fuel customers to upgrade to dual fuel and contacting existing customers who have recently moved properties to take their current tariff to new home. We also operate an Inbound line for our Client.

This is fast paced role with great earning potential. Agent bonus is uncapped and is highly competitive
