Job Description
Inbox Administrator/Appeal handler.
Due to continued success Brook Street Inverness are working again with new a business in based in Dingwall. The successful candidates will work in a team environment with the latest technology. As an Inbox Administrator/Appeal Handler you will be responsible for monitoring a very busy inbox and following all GDPR procedures. You will also be assisting clients with their appeal queries. This is a fast paced, team environment where your managers will work alongside you to achieve fantastic results.
What will you be doing:
" Administer and maintain the businesses email system.
" Responding to emails using guides provided
" Assisting clients with their appeal queries by phone
" Updating client records
