Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager
Watford/Hybrid role
30-40k
My client is a market leading the FMCG industry are an organisation of two vital and interconnected communities: Commercial Insight and Social Impact. Together, they are working to drive change that makes a tangible difference for Society, Business and the Individual.

Are you passionate about inclusion and diversity? Do you want to impact the lives of millions of people by supporting the food and consumer goods industry to create inclusive cultures? We`re creating a new role to lead our inclusion and diversity programmes.

Coming into this role you`re first step will be to accelerate our existing mentoring programme working closely with a wide range of industry stakeholders. After that, you`ll take a strategic and creative approach, working with external stakeholders, to explore how IGD can best support our industry to create inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Tasks to include:
" Developing our inclusion and diversity workstream, delivering the annual roadmap and social impact KPIs
" Project managing and scaling-up our cross-industry reverse mentoring programme, working closely with companies from across the industry
" Managing the 121 relationships with our network of I&D industry leaders and facilitating group meetings
" Creating and delivering content to inspire companies to lead change
" Input into the annual business planning process for the Social Impact team and help inform long term strategic planning
" Work with the Marketing & Comms team to help develop effective communications plans to raise awareness of and drive engagement with our inclusion and diversity programmes
What we need from you:
" Passion for working on the inclusion and diversity agenda
" Excellent project management skills
" Capable of working under pressure and adopting a flexible approach to meet changing priorities
" Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage networks of senior stakeholders
" Highly motivated with the ability to drive programmes forward to deliver impact at scale
" A team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation
