Income Administrator

Job Description

Brook Street are working with a large organisation based in the city centre of Newport.

Our client is currently going through a busy period with exciting and challenging changes. Therefore there is a requirement for an income administrator to join the team and support them with a variety of administrative tasks.

The role will involve the following tasks:
- Provide customer service
- Assist customers with rental transactions/ payments via telephone
- Accurately updating tenants details on the system
- Manage direct debits from setting them up, amending and monitoring outcome reports
- Provide clerical support to the team such as minute taking, photocopying, mail shots and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have great experience within customer service facing environment. Be highly competent with IT systems, well organised and have an understanding of income/accounts.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment starting immediately.
