We currently have a exciting opportunity for passionate and dedicated Independent Living worker to join a highly established Housing provider across the Cumbria Area.

BS Social Care is one of the UKs leading Recruitment specialists, placing skilled workers within the social care sector including adults, children, families.

Your duties will be to assist with the effective management and running of housing tenancies , helping to provide Independence. You will also work collaboratively with on site care partners and you will listen, communicate and involve tenant's in the planning of services,

The ideal applicant will be organised, passionate, reassuring ,encouraging and patient. You will be competent in numeracy and literacy, be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

The successful applicant must have at least 12 months experience within the social care industry or 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualifications.
