Information Governance Support Assistant - Hybrid in Nantgarw

Brook Street has an amazing long-term opportunity for an Information Governance Support Assistant to join a fantastic organisation. This is covering maternity leave and the position is expected to end March 2023 however will be reviewed for extension.

What will you do as Information Governance Support Assistant?

• Assist the manager in all areas of information governance compliance
• Provide administrative support to the organisations Information Governance and Information Management group
• Maintain logs of documentation
• Provide Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)
• Review proposed DPIAs with manager before they are finalised
• Source and provide information as required to produce high quality reports
• Deliver information in meetings to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct audits
• Manage diaries, organise meetings and prepare agendas

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Work as part of a team and independently under your own initiative
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to embrace changing demands
