Job Description
Brook Street are proud to be working with an award winning independently owned and operated business who provide premium quality care to adults in their own home.
My clients are looking for an experienced, ambitious, innovative in house recruiter to help source quality care providers.
Your role will be to source, screen and select using your own initiative and knowledge of the industry to be able to attract quality suitable candidates from job boards and social media sites.
Duties will include:
" Inviting suitable candidates to register
" Carrying out all compliance including Enhanced DBS checks
" Filling bookings and selling the role to candidates
" Arranging the inductions and job shadowing for all new starters
