My clients are looking for an ambitious, innovative in house recruiter to help source quality care providers.
Your role will be to source, screen and select using your own initiative and knowledge of the industry to be able to attract quality suitable candidates from job boards and social media sites.
Duties will include:
" Inviting suitable candidates to register
" Carrying out all compliance including Enhanced DBS checks
" Filling bookings and selling the role to candidates
" Arranging the inductions and job shadowing for all new starters

If you have the following:
" A can do attitude
" Excellent communication skills
" An excellent telephone manner
" Background in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
