The role involves the assimilation, review and analysis of documentation in respect of an individual's financial position, the production of quality case-specific reports, the proactive identification and actioning of any matters that will aid case progression and support of the business' customer service function.

Job duties include:
Assimilation, review and analysis of documentation in respect of an individual`s financial position
Ensuring client communications via phone (both inbound and outbound calls) or email are of a professional standard
Accurately and efficiently maintaining large volumes of client records and data with a strong attention to detail
Support the Customer Service function through a proactive approach to identification of any inconsistencies in case data, subsequent identification of potential resolutions and follow through to aid case progression
Provide clients with information requested, as well as updates on case progression General administration support including filing, photocopying, and data input.

GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) (or equivalent)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages (specifically MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook) Previous experience in a client-facing role to include telephony skills
Full training will be provided, and you will be joining an experienced team who will be there to support you with your own development.
