Insolvency Lawyer - paying up to £65,000

I am currently working with a Top 100 Law Firm in Central London. They are looking for a Lawyer to join their Insolvency Team.

To be considered you must have the following:
- 2+ years PQE
- Insolvency Law exposure
- Skills in Litigation
- Ability to handle your own cases with no supervision


Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conducting Insolvency Litigation in relating to antecedent transactions, misfeasance and assess realisations
- Researching and drafting advice for a wide range of issues
- Analysing cases to learn strengths, weaknesses and alternative solutions
- Drafting correspondence, statements and applications
- Instructing Council
- Negotiating and looking at Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Advising Directors and defendants
- Manage a mixed caseload of work
- Build Professional relationships with clients
- Business development for the team


Hours: 35 Hours Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: Up to £65,000
Benefits: 25 days annual leave and bank holidays, performance related Bonus Scheme
