We are recruiting for a fantastic firm who are looking to bring on an Insolvency Practitioner to join their office in Taunton. You will not only take insolvency appointments you will lead the insolvency practice! This practice provides advice to companies and individuals facing challenging financial situations and deals with the full range of formal insolvency appointments. It has grown over the years, having forged strong links with local work providers.

There is the prospect to become a partner with this position, the successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

A proven track record of generating referrals / new business through networking and business development
Self-starter / motivated with a willingness to invest time and effort now to succeed in the future
Client / referrer focused and be motivated to provide the highest quality service
Strong interpersonal, verbal communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills together with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
Excellent people management and technical skills
Considerable experience of corporate and personal insolvency procedures
ACA / ACCA preferred
JIEB qualified
