Job Description
Salary 20-22k DOE working hours 8-5 Monday to Friday 41.25 hours
We are working with an Industrial Supplier based in Mytholmroyd and they are looking for an Industrial Administrator
Duties include:
" Answer calls from engineers escalating to the Installation Engineer Team Leader as required.
" Assist in the allocation and organisation of engineer workloads.
" Answer calls from customers and manage individual customer expectations
" Assist with processing supplier and third-party invoices for payment.
" Other ad-hoc tasks necessary to support the operational needs of the business
" Using the Company's systems to generate quotes and process orders.
" Courtesy follow up calls to ensure customer expectations are met
" Following final installation of equipment and services ensure all relevant documentation is sent directly to the customer
Personal Spec
" Able to work under pressure
" Able to work independently and as part of a team
" Natural communicator at all levels
" Detail orientated
" Good GCSE profile including English and Mathematics
