Our client is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join their expanding company in Tadcaster.
As a successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for the raising of survey and installation jobs within a specific area or route to market. Jobs will vary in size from a couple of tap changes to large pub/restaurant refurbishments, stadia and event work including music festivals and large sporting occasions. The role will be varied, from raising new requests, to dealing with referrals from technicians and keeping our customers up to date with any changes.
You will be confident communicating with customers, technicians, service providers and field management. You will have good attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can work independently. Team working is also essential so being a strong team player is a necessity to perform well in this role. You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams and Excel would also be beneficial.
Salary of £21,000 Inclusive of pensionable salary and an estimated £1,000 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Mon - Fri covering from 9am to 5pm
This role will be a mixture of home and office working, a suitable area to work will be required
at the home location. All equipment will be provided.
