Job Description
Our client is a busy and growing Lloyd's Insurance Syndicate in the City and they are urgently recruiting for someone to join their Operations Underwriting team as an Administrative Assistant working both in the office and at home.
They are looking for applicants with around 6 months administration experience within an Insurance or other FCA regulated environment or who has maybe worked in a couple of summer internships and has a genuine desire to work within the City Insurance industry. You could be a recent graduate or a recent A Level leaver
They need someone who is a confident Excel user (including pivot tables and v-look-ups) and has experience of working with large data sets .
You will be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with Brokers, clients and other 3rd parties.
Supporting the team you will be entering new and renewal business data, scanning core risk documents, assisting in the provision of data verification and integrity checks and research submissions using appropriate sources e.g. Exclusive Analysis and the Internet. Full training will be given.
We are looking for bright enthusiastic candidates who have a genuine interest in this market and have the core Excel and data skills our client needs.
