Role: Personal Lines Customer Services Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Do you have experience within insurance and customer service?
A local insurance company are looking for a new Customer Service Advisor in their Personal Lines department. The ideal candidate will have over a years experience within insurance and now be looking for their next challenge.
Your main duties will include:
-Relationship building with insurers
-Complying with office procedures and regulations
-Handling customer enquiries received by telephone, post, facsimile, e-mail and other means.
-Processing mid-term adjustments on customer`s policies.
-Carry out competitor comparisons.
-Implement marketing initiatives that generate organic leads.
-To maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities through proactive initiatives, such as capturing customers` renewal dates.
-Maximise new business conversion through effective sales closure.
