Role: Insurance Call Centre Advisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an insurance company based in Tunbridge Wells. They are looking for a customer focused, target driven candidate who is looking for a career in the insurance industry.

You will need to have a 'can do' attitude and be willing to learn. You will be given full training from using their phone systems to their product range. Therefore, you do not need previous experience!
Ideally, you will need to be a good listener, polite and helpful to ensure that customer you speak to are happy with the service and feel their needs have been met.

With this opportunity, you will need to be target driven, positive, and have good communication skills both written and verbal with exceptional attention to detail.
