Brook Street are proud to be once again working with this long- established insurance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

My clients are searching for a permanent full time Insurance Claims Advisers to work alongside a thriving team of 13.

If you have outstanding customer service, have a good understanding of customers needs and be able to hold conversations with policyholders about a wide range of products- then I need to hear from you!


" Taking First Notification of Loss Calls
" Follow an end to end process of claims from validation to settlement
" Investigating liability and decision making
" Dealing with a mixed case-load and working under a range of SLA'S

" Knowledge of or experience working within a regulatory environment
" A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
" Able to analyse data and apply this to decision making
" Able to establish great working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
