Brook Street are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Handler to work as part of a family business which has been running for over 30 years, based in the Gosforth area of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years insurance claims handling, ideally within car insurance, travel insurance etc, spent with a reputable insurance business. Exceptional customer service skills, with a definite 'Can Do' attitude and be able to work alone as well as part of a small team.

You will deal with claims from the start to finish, building personal relationships with your customers along the way. You will deal with insurance companies on your customer's behalf, via telephone, email and also face to face whilst also keeping your customers regularly updated and involved.

Experience of using Open G I office systems will beneficial but is not essential.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
Monday - Friday (30-35hrs)
