Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Consultant to join a busy, growing, friendly insurance company. This well established company is looking for an immediate start.

Your day to day duties will be helping clients with other insurance deals that will benefit them, dealing with renewals and claims, cross-selling and general great customer service over the phone.

The ideal candidate will need to be ambitious and career driven. You will need to have the confidence to be able to succeed in this role and help your clients get the best out of their call. You will need to be able to have control over your desk as you will be dealing with telephone conversations but also general admin duties.

Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance. This is not essential, however, as full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications.

You will be required to work Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30 and every other Saturday 08:30 - 12:30.

My client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £25,000!
