We are currently seeking several commercially minded and astute Insurance professionals to join a reputable and award winning Insurance provider based in Basingstoke. This provider have several offices across the South and are multi-disciplined in their services.

Joining the Commercial Vehicle team, you will be responsible for dealing with new clients over the phone, taking risk details and presenting quotations, focusing on closing the sale with the best outcome for both the business and the client.

To be considered for this brilliant Insurance Consultant opportunity, you should have some experience in commercial vehicle insurance and if you have additional exposure to other commercial lines this would be highly advantageous. You will be a strong communicator both verbal and written, able to confidently liaise with prospective and existing clients, fostering long lasting relationships and cross selling where appropriate.

There is a large emphasis on sales in this role, so you should thrive in a target driven environment and have a proven ability to hit and exceed targets and KPIs. A generous uncapped commission structure is in place as well as a market rate starting salary so OTE could be as high as £35,000 in your first year. There are also opportunities for development, additional training and progression and the company are keen to promote from within where possible.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary: £21,000-£25,000 + commission (5-10k annually on average)
