Job Description
Insurance - Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Permanent, Full time £19,760 per annum
Monday to Sunday Rotational shift pattern 8am- 7pm (Alternate Weekends)
Sunderland based - Ideally commutable, great transport links and free parking.
You will from home with a plan to integrate back to our offices when it is safe to do so.
You are required to have own equipment including PC/Laptop, USB Headset and Internet connection.

The Role

Assist customers via telephone and email to increase customer satisfaction. This involves delivering the highest quality of customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Dealing with complaints calls as they come in and trying to resolve customer issues as a first point of contact.
Ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy in line with our company quality and compliance standards.
Meeting Customers' fair and reasonable expectations, providing fair outcomes in all interactions
Demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections, delivering a fair outcome for our customers.
