Job Description

This is a permanent role for an Insurance Processing technician with Lloyds Market experience.

Our client is looking for an experienced insurance processing technician who has worked in the Lloyds market for a minimum of 3 years.

Currently the office is based in Rayleigh up until September 2022- you will be expected to come into Rayleigh at least twice a week until then, after which this role will be fully remote with the understanding that you may be asked to come into the London office once in a blue moon!!

You will be supporting business operations covering a wide variety of classes of business as a processing technician.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile accounts, process and debit premiums and handle closings.
  • Maintain up-to-date and orderly files.
  • Liaise with the internal accounts team.
  • Utilise in-house, Lloyd's and Company market systems including Brokasure, CLASS, LORS and Ed computer systems.
  • Manage and undertake assigned project work to time scales as directed.
  • Monitor and report on credit control.
  • Escalate any potential problems to brokers and account executives.
