Insurance Validation Consultant - £17,000 - £18,000 DOE
Brook Street are proud to be working with an established Insurance brokerage firm in Winchester who are looking for an insurance validation consultant to join their team. A very exciting and expanding company with real progression opportunities and potential for your career.
Overview of the role;
You will provide a high quality of Customer Service to all clients and customers enquiring about an insurance policy or quote. You will be required to give administrative support to the Insurance broker team, discuss policies with customers and validate the information entered is correct.
Skills you will need to succeed;
- Experience in Sales (Insurance environment desired but not essential)
- Able to handle objections and turn them around
- Be polite, patient and professional at all times
- Confident in dealing with situations when they arise and not be afraid to ask for help
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act
- Computer Skills - Word and Excel (Essential)
Work Hours: Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work full time hours, 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8:30 - 12pm (potential to work in shift patterns).
In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £17,000 - £18,000 DOE. In addition, you will receive 20 days holiday per year which rises to 25 with each year of service, Pension scheme, Childcare vouchers and lots of other exciting perks too!
