Job Description

Due to continued growth, I am working in partnership with an established and well-respected mental health charity to recruit an INTERIM HEAD OF REGION to cover the NORTH Region (6 month contract).

You will oversee a range of crisis, reablement, housing, residential and employment services across the North of the Country, overseeing settings in Warwickshire, Staffordshire, North West and North East. Your time will be split across these settings, working with the teams here and some remote working.

Your new role, will focus on performance and strategic management for a variety of recovery focused services. You will be responsible for development of both services, as well as a skilled and experienced staff team.

Business growth, strategic performance and excellent networking relationships will form part of your role. You will also play a key role in maintaining and extending existing services.

I am seeking applications from robust, passionate and driven senior managers who can demonstrate a proven background in the health and social care sector, ideally in mental health recovery and support.

A formal care management qualification, flexibility to work across several localities and a full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this exciting role.
