I am currently looking for an Interim Money Manager to lead and manage a money advice service within a well established Bradford based client. This is a temporary role for a 6 month duration.
Within the role you will be responsible for overseeing the funding for members experiencing financial hardship and advise on the progress against targets in line with the department strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and direct management to ensure work distribution is effective and embed a culture of continuous improvement
Reporting to senior positions and contributing to long term strategy planning
Ensuring that robust processes are in place to provide an effective and supportive service to clients experiencing financial hardship
Ensuring staff are equipped with knowledge and understanding of any professional developments, nationally
Ensuring effective provisions are available for recruitment initiatives
Supporting/leading projects relating to money advice and developing relationships with other directorates
Providing excellent leadership and management - providing excellent and relevant developmental opportunities, conducting regular appraisals, planning workloads effectively and delivering to a high quality standard
To be shortlisted for an immediate interview, you must match the following criteria:
" Specialist knowledge/experience of money advice, e.g. student finance support, citizens advice bureau, working in a bank etc.
" Line management experience
" Minimum notice period required for interview availability and for starting the role, if successful
" Commitment to full employment period
In return our client offers and hourly rate of £22.30, equivalent to £42,000 per annum
