This is a national role, providing clinical leadership throughout the organisation, informing, shaping and influencing strategy, service delivery and design. Interim for 15 months.
You will need to be able to collaborate! Working closely with the senior leadership and management teams to delivery clinical excellence, whilst driving improvement, quality and safety standards across all services.
Working closely with the Director of Quality & Operations, your clinical expertise will allow you to act as a "leader" and mentor enabling staff to be innovative whilst maintaining the highest possible standards utilising your valuable experience and influence to develop knowledge and best possible service delivery.
It is essential that you :-
- Are educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have a recognised professional qualification, such as RMN, or Social Work or equivalent
- Your experience and knowledge of regulatory systems and quality within health and social care sector (eg NHS or CQC) will be exceptional
You will understand strategic challenges, have experience of making informed decisions and have experience of conducting independent audits allowing you to shape and develop services further.
