Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Interim Programme Delivery Manager on behalf of one of our established NHS clients based in Lincolnshire. This role will be mostly remote working however on occasion successful candidates will need to be able to travel to the offices.

This is an exciting new opportunity for experienced candidates who can comfortably show an ability to design and develop programme structure, enabling the improvement of their NHS services.

Role - Interim Programme Delivery Manager
Duration - 6 months initially with potential extension
Pay - £25.16 per hour (first 12-weeks), £28.01 per hour (after 12 weeks)
Hours - 9am-5pm
Location - Working from home with occasional travel to the Lincoln based office

This role will revolve around the design and implementation of the improvement programme, thoroughly monitoring its progress against the outlined goals. Candidates will need to be outgoing and comfortable with liaising with NHS professionals at all levels as they drive the project to deliver key milestones.

You will be working alongside an excellent team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Delivery, communicating effectively and analysing the data produced to suggest and implement improvement strategies that will have a fantastic impact in those who use the services of this NHS Trust.

Role Responsibilities -
- Responsible for designing and developing the Programme structure and governance arrangements to deliver sustainable service improvement in line with strategic objectives.
- Drive the projects to deliver key milestones within agreed timescales and overall delivery of the programme, demonstrating achievement of outcomes in accordance with the Programme Plan.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify risks and managing these effectively once identified.
- Create and present detailed monthly progress reports to appropriate forums.
- Responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the Programme. A diplomatic approach will be required to maintain relationships during a period of major change.

Candidate Qualities -
- Clear history of managing/developing teams at a corporate level.
- Comfortable managing a high workload and effectively managing tasks of high importance.
- An awareness of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
- Previous experience of working with confidential information
- Analytical thinker able to resolve pre-empt problems withing the programme, and solve these effectively
- Comfortable with IT systems and can showcase excellent communication skills.
