Brook Street has an opportunity for an Internal Communications Professional to work for a national charity with a site based in South Wales. The successful candidate will be ensuring that the National message is delivered on a local level and stakeholder engagement is delivered throughout the local teams.
This is essentially a role to assist the charity in raising fundraising awareness internally, so that all employees and volunteers know the impact of fundraising and the reliance the charity has on everybody helping raise money. Therefore, a knowledge of fundraising or charity work would be advantageous.
We're looking for a candidate who has strong communication skills, a robust attitude to delivering a clear message and is able to influence colleagues and stakeholders through workshops, events, regular communications and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a national team but based in South Wales. Ad-hoc travel is expected throughout the year throughout the UK, so your own transport would be an advantage.
In return for your hard work, there is an attractive salary of up to £35,000 on offer + enhanced holiday allowances and a great pension scheme.
