Employee Health Advisor - London - £21.50ph - Immediate start
I am excited to be working with one of the world`s leading Technology Companies in their search for an Employee Health Advisor for their UK operations.
Working in a team of two, you will be responsible for responding to staff enquiries in writing via an online ticket management platform. These responses will be crafted based on guidance provided and you will have the ability to follow up on any reported illnesses using defined criteria.
This is a critical position within this organisation, so you will have an extreme attention for detail and a careful follow-through, in addition you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive training will be given however, you will have worked within an internal customer services /advisor environment with the ability to plan, execute and deliver on varying simultaneous tasks in a timely manner. You will also be able to demonstrate a solid and stable work history.
