Job Description

BROOK STREET proud to be supporting a leading central heating company who due to expansion are now recruiting for an experienced INTERNAL OPERATIONS MANAGER.

This significant leadership role if to manage the installation and customer service team, currently consisting of four members of staff.

JOB ROLE:


. Supervise all aspects of the department, overseeing the workload according to priority
. Provide support for queries and daily operational duties, ensuring the team complete tasks in a timely manner
. Ensure compliance with internal audit control procedures
. Ensure that the complaints system, policies and procedures are fit for purpose, making recommendations for improvements where necessary. Monitor and report weekly
. Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures
. Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service we are providing and summarise on a weekly basis for review
. Provide coaching, guidance, support and conduct employee one to ones, and other performance management processes to enable employees to reach their full potential

Salary from £27.000 - depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
