Our UK & Ireland Office

Our headquarters are in Lichtenstein and their UK & Ireland office is located in Enderby, Leicester. This central location is extremely close to the M1 and M69, as well as popular shopping and entertainment outlets.

Over forty employees make up the UK & Ireland team, which has been in operation for thirty years. As well as Internal and Field Sales Representatives, our Leicester Office hosts dedicated and hard-working individuals who cover every aspect of our successful business; Education & Events, Marketing, Service, Operations, Finance and HR. About the Role

Internal Product Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Enderby, Leicester
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: Upon application


We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Internal Sales Team. You will be a key contact to our network of dealers, large accounts, as well as individual practices and laboratories in your territory. You will work alongside management and field representatives in your area to drive sales results for the business and record this into the company's CRM system. You will be on hand to assist our customers with general enquiries and product information, as well as communicating special offers.

Your role will also include supporting Marketing and Educational activities, such as involvement with targeted campaigns and the promotion of courses and events to customers. As well as attending occasional company meetings outside of the office, you will have the opportunity to attend National events and exhibitions, interacting with new customers face to face, whilst representing the company professionally.

About you:
You must be computer literate with proven experience in a sales and/or customer service role. You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload. This role will suit somebody who is solution focused, and has a positive, proactive and professional approach to their work.

Role Responsibilities

" To maintain, develop and grow the sales of products.
" To sell IV products to defined accounts relating to MBO objectives.
" To have close contact with all staff, ensuring excellent customer service levels.
" To efficiently plan all calls on a weekly basis through the CRM database with the support of the CRM Team Leader.
" To provide accurate analysis of all calls, on CRM by the specified deadline.
" To communicate with customers via the website's live-chat system and ensure this is monitored throughout the working day.
" To report competitor activity and market changes.
" Maintain Customer CRM Files (Geographically).
" Manage Incoming Customer Calls.
" Process customer orders through dealers efficiently and offer feedback to customer.
" Aid New Business Development/in-line with Marketing Strategy.
" Working with CRM Team Leader to drive promotional exercises to target groups and increase market share.
