Job Description

Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter looking for a new challenge? Do you have strong organisational skills to improve a fast growing legal client whilst recruiting high volumes and high calibre candidates?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working with a fast growing legal firm, you will be mainly based out of their state of the art Liverpool city centre office however due to their expansion, may also be required to occasionally travel to their Knowsley office.

Day to day duties for this role include:

Advertising job openings on career pages, job boards and through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)

Screening through all applications and CV's received before updating all candidates through the hiring processes and procedures.

Reporting to hiring managers and the Human Resources team on the statuses of all recruiting positions.

Providing all interview feedback when required.

Updating and amending job descriptions based on changes to any recruiting roles.

Sourcing candidates through online job boards and platforms.

Collaborating with all hiring managers to write job advertisements for current recruiting positions.

To successfully apply for this role, you must have the following skills or experience:

Solid, proven work history as an internal recruiter.

Solid understanding of full-cycle, internal recruitment.

Have a good understanding of applicant tracking systems and CV databases.

Excellent customer service skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Planning and prioritising work loads.

Organised, responsible and driven.

Confident to interview candidates, both on a pre-screening and face to face basis.
