Job Description

Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter looking for a new challenge and an exciting career move?

Do you have strong organisational skills to improve a fast growing legal client whilst recruiting high volumes and high calibre candidates alongside implementing processes and taking full responsibility for the recruitment life cycle?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working for one of the fastest growing legal firms in the UK, you will be mainly based out of their fantastic Liverpool city centre office however due to their expansion, may also be required to occasionally travel to their other branch in the Knowsley area.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

Screen CV's and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

Report to hiring managers and HR on the status of open positions

Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)

Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process

Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate

Help new hires on board

Complete on boarding questionnaires with new starters, evaluate and report results to managers and

Support set up of Academy and Graduate schemes

Education and Experience:

Proven work experience as an internal recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Familiarity with Applicant tracking systems and CV databases
Excel literate to a good standard
