Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter position based in the heart of Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company!

This client is a small company however is growing rapidly.

The successful candidate will be able to absorb key information quickly, combined with the ability to work well with a small team in a dynamic working environment within the internal recruiter team.

This role is solely sourcing candidates for some of there key accounts, daily responsibilities will include:

- Actively participate in daily Recruitment meetings
- Advertising for candidates through job boards
- Contacting candidates to brief them on the role and assess suitability.
- Where appropriate, checking candidate CV's and preparing them for interview
- Vet and interview potential candidates
- Managing candidates on our in-house CRM system
- Attend client meetings
- Research and network organisations with the goal of gathering names of candidates
- Arranging and coordinating interviews, meetings and briefs.
- Submit candidates to clients
- Achieve your monthly targets
- Upholding the highest level of customer service and best practices at all stages
- Contribute and work towards a positive, friendly and competitive office environment.

Requirements
- Sales/Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organised
- Ability to meet targets
- Sound judgement

Working hours - 8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday

Salary - £19,000 - £21,000
