Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join this thriving commercial company based in Sale, Manchester.

Duties will include:
Finding and headhunting candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
Working with internal and external stake holders to fulfil the recruitment needs
Reviewing and updating job advertisements
Sourcing key areas to advertise
Uploading and placing advertisement to job boards and other portals
Reviewing candidate CV's and shortlisting accordingly
Conducting short telephone interviews to short list potential candidates
Organise interviews on behalf of the managers and collating interview feedback
Providing feedback to the candidates
Overall administration of the recruitment process from start to finish
Updating the recruitment tracker

Skills and Experience Required:
You should have previous experience of working within a fast paced recruitment environment with the ability to deal with high volume recruitment needs and manage a multitude of recruitment campaigns at any given time
Excellent administration, attention to detail and organisation skills
Be a confident communicator both verbal and written
Be able to manage priorities and meets deadlines and be a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
