Recruitment Officer
Location: Crawley (Hybrid working, x3 days from home, flexible hours)
Full-Time, 35 hours per week, Mon - Fri
Fixed term contract - 6 months (potential for extension)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a recruitment officer to join a market leading not-for-profit financial services company based in Crawley.

This is full time fixed term contract for 6 months (with the chance of extension). The role will offer hybrid working x3 days per week from home and x2 days per week working in their stunning modern head offices in Crawley (with free parking, free gym and a restaurant for employees onsite).

Due to ongoing success the organisation is undergoing a period of growth therefore recruiting new talented employees is at the top of their priority list.

You will be working in a busy and friendly HR team and closely supported by an additional Recruitment Officer and the Talent and Acquisition Manager. Duties include:

" Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish - Ensuring all administration is completed
" Work closely with hiring managers to discuss their recruitment needs
" Liaise with recruitment agencies
" Write job adverts
" Schedule interviews
" Provide interview feedback to candidates and recruitment agencies
" In normal circumstances will not be required to sit in interviews

The team would love to see candidates who have great communication and organisation skills. Some understanding of HR or recruitment processes would be an advantage.
