Our client who have offices in both the UK and Ireland are looking for an Internal Recruiter to be based in South Manchester.
You will be based within Human Resources and be responsible for the development and execution of the overall recruitment process ensuring that the company attracts and recruits the required talent to meet its business requirements. You will report to the Human Resources Manager and collaborate with the wider HR team and manage the external recruitment support services.
Your role will be to maintain and further develop an effective recruitment process, including the preselection of candidates based on agreed requirements to ensure that all vacancies are successfully filled ontime with a qualified candidate. This also includes hands-on activities such as scheduling interviews, increasing brand awareness, designing, optimising and implementing the in-house recruitment process and supervising in-house tests.
The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience and working on an applicant tracking system/ portal you will ensure full compliance with all rules and regulations applicable to the recruitment and selection process. Excellent team-working, communication and presentation skills, pro-active attitude and the ability to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision under high workloads; Replying to recruitment related queries from candidates and internal customers; Developing and maintaining tools and training to support managers in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of candidates. You must be very efficient and organised.
You must be able to drive as this role will have some travel on occasions.
Salary is £33,000 working Monday- Friday
