Job Description

Based in East Manchester, this is an industrial organisation who now require an Internal Sales person. This is an office based position and will involve internal sales and account management.

It's a hands on role where you will be responsible for :-
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers
Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase the order value
Preparation of quotations
Order processing
Providing technical support
Dealing with Trade Counter queries
Some work in the stores preparing orders

You will be given practical workshop training to support you so that you have full product knowledge

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as skilfully managing your time and own projects so excellent organisational skills are essential.

Previous sales experience within an industrial setting or Trade Counter is essential with an enthusiastic attitude and the desire to succeed.
You should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, the internet and e-mail.
