Job Description

A local family run business that has been established for circa 100 years. Your primary focus will be to provide a professional Customer Service to every customer, every time! You will be responsible for the companies key accounts, ensuring all orders are processed in an timely and accurate manner. You will liaise with your customers regularly to see if the company can offer any additional services; update them on orders and book further orders. you will need to have the ability to up sell, cross sell and find innovative ways to increase the companies` revenue streams.

This is a Permanent role Monday - Friday 09.00-17:30. You will need to have the ability and confidence to deal with customers and sales enquiries daily, be positive and influential and be a customer services ambassador for our brand.

For your skills and experience you can expect a competitive starting salary of £21,000 with the opportunity to earn up to 20% commission + benefits including Parking on site, pension, discounts and progression
